If you ditched your iPod, what would your workout be like?
Do at least one workout this week without anything electronic.

No watch. No heart rate monitor. No cadence meter. No iPod.
Seriously, no iPod.

Just you and your mind…and maybe the sunrise, the wind, the footsteps of the people around you.
